How much does it cost to move?
The cost depends on the distance to cover and the number of the items you are planning to move. Normally we charge per hour.

What is an in-home estimate?
An in-home estimate is a written and signed estimate of moving by the moving company. One of the company’s representatives visits the home and creates an inventory of the items to be moved. A fair estimated cost of moving is provided. 

Is the estimate free of cost?
Yes, our experts provides free estimates. You can also take advantage of our online services to get free quotes.

When can you move me?
We as a moving company is looking forward to move you on the dates agreed. We recommend you to plan your move with us at least 6 to 4 weeks before your moving date. We can even move you on the same day, depending on availability. However, we are ready to provide a last-minute moving service. Please check our availability at 425-256-2181. 

Do you have any limitations for weight?
Normally there is no weight restrictions on home and office move. There may be some limitations on long distance move but that is in rear cases.

Do you provide boxes for packing?
Yes, we offer complete packaging, moving and storage services. We have small medium and large boxes in our stores, according to your requirements. You can buy the boxes and pack yourself, but normally customers who order packing boxes serve, also purchase boxes from us to their convenience. 

Do you have storage facilities?
Yes, we provide both short and long term storage facilities to our customers. Storage provides climate controlled temperature.

When should I begin planning my move?
We recommend you to start planning your move 8 to 6 weeks before your move date. It is always advised to do your complete homework to avoid any problem.

Do you pack plants?
Yes, we can move plants, but we do no provide protection coverage for live plants. 

What to do with pets while moving?

Doors are frequently opened and closed during moving process. Pets may not feel comfortable with this and may get sick. We suggest you to find a better place for your pets on a moving day. 

If I want to change my moving date?
If you have changed your moving date, you must inform the moving company as soon as you have decided. There is no penalty for changing a moving day. 

Do you move during a bad weather like rain or snow?

Yes, we do. We use floor runners to avoid entering mud into your house. We try to be as clean as possible during the moving process. We ask our customers to understand that there are sometimes circumstances that not under our control.
